Job Context

We are looking for candidates for the role of Full-Time Customer Support Executive in our Customer Support Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to handhold patients traveling to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai for medical treatment and includes:
  • Customer support through Email / Phone / WhatsApp / Imo and walk-in customers to the office
  • Co-ordination with Apollo Hospitals Chennai team
  • Co-ordination of Telemedicine services
  • Making outbound calls
  • Managing online CRM

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English and Bengali mandatory.
  • This role is for handling Bangladeshi customers residing in Dhaka only.
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Immediate Requirement.
